“We planned to move to Oklahoma after I retired. We had searched for 2 1/2 years before we found our lot. Then we had to search for a builder. We started looking at houses going up in the neighborhood and we liked the things we saw on houses being built by Ingram Design Build. The monolith poured slabs and 2×6 headers above interior door ways were examples of things that are above and beyond what most builders build here. Also, Ingram Design Build had the build inspected at various stages of construction, even though it is not required in this county. We talked to them and two other builders. We liked the quality of their builds, selected them, and started the design process. 

Keith and Dawn were great to work with through the process. Keith’s focus is on the construction and Dawn worked with us as we selected counter tops, flooring and paint colors, both interior and exterior. A project this big will have some bumps along the way, but they communicated well and we worked through the few issues that popped up. They were always available when we had questions, and would always meet with us when we came to Oklahoma during the construction process. They kept their part on budget and the records IDB provided us at every step along the way were very detailed. We are very happy with our home and recommend Keith and Dawn if you are looking to build a new home.  “
